Refund and Returns Policy

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and downloadable software or gift cards, are non-returnable.

To complete your return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may apply in cases of:

Items with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition or missing parts, not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace defective or damaged items. To exchange, email info@nielitcourse.in and mail the item to the provided address.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns:

Mail the product to the provided address, bearing non-refundable shipping costs. Use a trackable service for expensive items, as we don’t guarantee receipt.
